Installation Notes:

1. The first step is to rotate the 4 screw rods separately to complete the installation

2. The second step is to turn on the power and set the desired temperature. The factory default is 39 degrees. You can set the desired temperature according to your needs. 

Tip:

The actual temperature is the surface temperature of the sensing probe, not the temperature under the heating plate. The actual temperature under the shed maybe 1-2 degrees lower than the set temperature. You can place the sensing probe in any position. But it is recommended to place it under the heating plate, close to the chick.

How to use the thermostat?

Connect the power supply equipment, the display shows the measured temperature at this time, press the SET button, the temperature on the display flashes, press + – to set the desired temperature (press + – to quickly rise and fall) After the setting is complete, press SET to confirm and return. At this time, the thermostat controller will automatically switch on and off the relay according to the setting! The thermostat output is a 20A relay, which can meet various high-power loads.

How it works:

The Chick Brooder Heating Plate uses an NTC (10K 0.5%) waterproof sensor to measure the temperature of your chicks. The sensor is placed in the chick brooder, and the heating plate is placed on top of the chick brooder. The heating plate will then turn on and off to maintain the temperature of your chicks.
